Qualifications

• MD required with 5+ years of clinical development experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience in CNS, neurological, and/or neuromuscular disorders preferred.
• Experience supporting global Phase 1-3 development trials.
• Strong experience in trial design, protocol development, and development planning.
• Hands-on medical monitoring, clinical data review, and safety/efficacy assessments.
• Experience contributing to regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory authorities.
• Ability to provide medical and scientific oversight to CROs, investigators, and external partners.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biometrics, and Drug Safety teams.
• Ability to balance strategic clinical development responsibilities with hands-on medical oversight in a biotech environment.

We are hiring a Global Medical Director, Clinical Development on behalf of one of our biotech clients.

In this role, you will provide medical and scientific leadership across global clinical development programs, supporting clinical strategy and trial execution from early development through late stage clinical trials.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• MD required, with 5+ years of clinical development experience within biotech/pharma.
• Experience in CNS, neurological, and/or neuromuscular disorders strongly preferred.
