Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a senior technical sales leader responsible for evaluating and targeting profitable new business growth within the Product Category. You will drive customer-facing technical discussions, manage opportunities, and promote Integer capabilities to generate revenue and operating profit growth.

Partner with Global Sales, Quoting Teams, and manufacturing to scope and sell supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum experience: 10+ years in a technical environment with 10+ years in medical device components/assembly; medical device sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling to technical contacts at Medical Device Manufacturers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact on projects and lead technical discussions with customers.
• Lead technical selling efforts within assigned product segment.
• Identify and scope new opportunities with customer R&D and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Global Sales, Account teams and manufacturing to define and sell supply chain solutions.
• Protect confidentiality and IP by executing NDAs when required.
