Job summary

Forj Medical seeks a Project Engineer to lead technical execution of customer and internal projects from feasibility to validated production at the Vadnais Heights site. You will coordinate product, tooling, process, equipment, quality, and documentation activities as a key technical partner to customers and teams.

The role requires hands-on injection-molding experience, strong project management, and adherence to medical device quality standards to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Experience leading engineering projects from concept to production.
Hands-on injection molding and mold development experience.
Knowledge of medical device regulations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned engineering and NPI projects from requirements through launch and transfer.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and budgets.
Translate drawings and customer needs into product, tooling, and process deliverables.
Coordinate design-for-manufacturability reviews and drive robust processes.
Prepare engineering documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
