You will lead VOC research to identify market opportunities and drive pricing, forecasting, and commercialization decisions in collaboration with Regulatory, Clinical, and Sales teams. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, regulatory support, and ongoing optimization of product performance, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
• Experience in medical device or healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA, MDR) expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management of ScottCare product line.
• Own full product line marketing from positioning to sales enablement and trade shows.
• Perform VOC research to identify market opportunities and inform priorities.
• Develop demand forecasts and pricing strategies for new products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Innovation, Regulatory, Clinical, and Sales teams.
• Support regulatory submissions and lifecycle requirements.
