Job summary

MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the ScottCare product line’s marketing and lifecycle. You will own product positioning, collateral, and sales enablement while coordinating with Regulatory, Clinical, and Sales teams to drive market success.

The role emphasizes VOC research, pricing strategies, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with demonstrated results.
• Healthcare/medical device experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting new product development and commercialization.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA, MDR, etc.) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual product line plans aligned to company objectives.
• Own ScottCare product line marketing, branding, and materials for sales enablement.
• Lead VOC research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Regulatory, Clinical, and Sales teams to drive launches.
• Develop demand forecasts, pricing models, and financial analyses for new products.
