Job summary

Verathon in Bothell, WA is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead new product development within the UBU R&D team. This on-site role will own programs from concept through commercialization, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and serve as primary contact for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in technical product development using NPD, cross‑functional leadership, and strong communication. Travel up to 15% and experience with medical imaging tech are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leading technical product development using an NPD process.
• 3+ years leading cross‑functional technical teams through product development.
• Experience navigating new product introductions in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program execution – scope, schedule, costs.
• Core team leader for assigned NPD programs.
• Coordinate with functional managers to allocate resources.
