Job summary

Verathon, a global medical device company and subsidiary of Roper Technologies, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional, large-scale initiatives from the Enterprise Program Management Office at our Bothell, WA headquarters. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing projects or programs.
• 3+ years using Lean principles/tools.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale programs from inception through completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including risk management and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with executives to define objectives, KPIs and success criteria.
• Ensure program activities align with strategic objectives and priorities.
• Foster cross-functional coordination and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and best practices.
