Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Coding Quality Reviewer to join our Pro Fee Quality Review team in the United States. You will review medical record documentation, ensure coding and abstracting accuracy using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS, and work with our coding team across orthopedics, transplant, neuro/spine, radiology, and more.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, US citizenship, and hold RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CIC, or COC credentials, with 5+ years of coding or review experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding or review experience.
• Must maintain coding credentials while employed.
• US citizenship and compliance with client policies.
• Experience with ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding systems.

Responsibilities

• Review medical record documentation and coding for accuracy.
• Assess abstracting accuracy performed by the Guidehouse coding team.
• Apply ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding classifications.
• Coordinate with the Pro Fee Quality Review Supervisor and team.
