Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, billing specialists, and staff to clarify documentation and ensure accurate coding practices.
• Audit medical records to ensure coding accuracy and compliance with federal regulations and insurance standards.
• Provide training and support to staff on coding practices and documentation requirements.
