Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service call center environment is required.
• College education or related certifications may be considered in lieu of hospital experience.

• Provides effective collection services and recovers balances per guidelines.
• Documents patient account information accurately in TLRA’s collection system.
• Handles inbound calls promptly and professionally to resolve inquiries.
• Uses collection tools to achieve quality recovery and meet goals.
• Performs research to resolve account issues timely and accurately.
• Maintains daily productivity standards.
• Promotes positive patient relations and respects patient dignity.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel is essential for documentation and reporting.
• General hospital A/R knowledge is required.
• Performs other special projects as assigned.
