Job summary

Providence Saint John's Medical Foundation seeks a Medical Assistant IV to join our clinic team. The MA IV will assist under a licensed practitioner, perform advanced MA duties, and assume a leadership role across complex specialty areas, guiding ambassadors, change agents, quality champions, and preceptors in the facility.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of MA clinic experience, strong confidentiality practices, and recent PSJH clinic exposure or lead MA experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with hands-on clinical MA training.
• Graduate of a registered MA apprenticeship program.
• Completed two years of medical training in US Armed Forces.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years of MA experience in a clinic setting.
• 3 years of customer service in a fast-paced environment with discretion.
• 6 months PSJH clinic experience in last 3 years, or 18 months Lead MA in lieu of.
