Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with hands-on clinical MA training.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Has completed two years of medical training in the U.S. Armed Forces.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 3 years medical assisting experience in a clinic setting.
• 3 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 6 months working in a PSJH clinic within the last 3 years, or 18 months lead MA in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambassadors, change agents, quality champions, and preceptors within the clinic.
• Assist in providing patient care under the delegation of a licensed practitioner.
• Capable of performing MA I–III duties and leading in complex specialty areas.
