Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical operations within the MA team.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure smooth patient flow and care delivery.
• Oversee ambassadors, change agents, quality champions, and preceptors within the clinic.

Education

Graduate of accredited school with hands-on training in medical assisting

Graduate of registered medical assistant apprenticeship program

Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces

Washington Medical Assistant Certification (upon hire)

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
