Swedish Health Services DBA Swedish Medical Group is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant IV to join a patient-focused care team. You will perform advanced MA duties under licensed practitioner delegation and help oversee clinical staff and quality initiatives.

Ideal candidates have MA program or apprenticeship training, US Armed Forces medical training, WA MA certification on hire, BLS within 30 days, and 3+ years of clinic experience with strong patient service.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with hands-on clinical training.
• Graduate of a registered MA apprenticeship program.
• Has completed two years of medical training in US Armed Forces.
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• Within 30 days of hire: BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3+ years of medical assisting experience in a clinic setting.
• 3+ years of high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment with confidential data.
• Within last 3 years: PSJH clinic experience for 6 months, or 18 months as Lead MA in a clinical setting.

The MA IV works under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients. A MA IV is capable of performing all aspects of the MA I and MA II and MA III roles. Additionally, the MA IV serves in a leader role or is highly skilled and trained in multiple complex specialty areas and oversees ambassadors, change agents, quality champions, and preceptors within the clinic.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants or,
• Coursework/Training:Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program or,
• Coursework/Training:Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (
• 3 years Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting.
• 3 years Experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
• 6 months Working experience in a PSJH clinic within the last 3 years, OR 18 months experience in a Lead MA role in a clinical setting in lieu of
