City of Hope is seeking a Senior Medical Assistant to support patient flow in our clinic. The CMA/RMA performs delegated clinical and administrative duties to ensure a smooth patient experience, reporting to the Practice Manager or Director.

The Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of patients through the clinic. This position performs delegated clinical and administrative responsibilities to support patient care and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Working under the direction of the Practice Manager, Director, Medical Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant, the CMA/RMA assists clinicians in providing high-quality medical care while utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and technical skills.
The CMA/RMA reports directly to the Practice Manager and/or Director and performs all duties in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
