Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technology Product Owner for Medical Affairs digital capabilities. You will partner with Medical, R&D, Regulatory, Quality and IT to deliver compliant, scalable, user-centered technology solutions that support scientific engagement, evidence generation, and patient outcomes.

You will translate Medical Affairs needs into prioritized roadmaps, define backlogs, and lead AI-enabled modernization across R&D platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
• 6–8 years of experience owning or managing digital products or platforms in regulated healthcare environments.
• Experience with SDLC, agile/product management practices, and technology risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Medical Affairs technology solutions from strategy to delivery.
• Translate business and scientific needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Define and maintain roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics with compliance in mind.
• Lead AI, analytics, and automation initiatives to modernize R&D platforms and enable scalable operations.
• Balance value, risk, cost, and feasibility in prioritization decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and data privacy across solutions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams using agile and hybrid methodologies to ensure timely execution.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships supporting Medical Affairs platforms.
• Drive adoption and value realization through change management and training.
