Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Digital Technology Product Owner for Medical Affairs to own the technology vision and backlog for Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation platforms, including Medical CRM and scientific exchange tools.

You will translate complex scientific needs into actionable user stories, ensure compliance with non-promotional and medical integrity standards, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and KPIs that support leadership in Medical Affairs worldwide.

Qualifications

5+ years as Product Owner/Manager in Medical Affairs, Clinical, or R&D
Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences with compliance
Proven KPI-driven roadmap ownership and communication to stakeholders

Responsibilities

Own the digital product vision and backlog for Medical Affairs platforms
Translate scientific needs into clear requirements for technical teams
Ensure compliance with non-promotional and medical integrity standards
Drive analytics to capture global medical insights for decision-making
Lead end-to-end user experience for Medical Affairs platforms and guide delivery teams
Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact of technology on engagement objectives
Provide daily direction to delivery teams and align with Medical Affairs priorities
Serve as medical requirements liaison to empower execution
