Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation seeks a Digital Product Manager for Polyphonic Surgery to shape the product strategy and roadmap in a regulated MedTech ecosystem. You will translate clinical and market needs into defined product requirements and lead cross-functional teams through agile ceremonies to deliver high-quality features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management or a closely related software product role; healthcare-focused experience preferred.
• Familiarity with video, sensor, EHR-linked, or other clinical data sources.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and ecosystem products.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience working in agile development environments, backlog management, and release delivery.
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical, clinical, business, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Translate inputs into well-defined product needs and validate before development.
• Lead backlog with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering and design through agile ceremonies to deliver features on schedule.
• Coordinate across workstreams to fit into the broader Polyphonic experience.
• Support release management, including readiness, documentation, and cross-functional launch coordination.
• Enable commercial and customer success with materials and demos.
• Track adoption and performance metrics to inform iteration and improvement.
• Ensure solutions emphasize quality, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
