Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Medical Affairs to shape execution across scientific content and external engagement in a launch-focused environment. You will partner with Medical Information, Medical Directors, and external faculty to ensure scientifically rigorous, timely materials and programs.

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced healthcare degree.
• 3–5 years Medical Affairs experience with medical review/MLR submissions.
• Strong project management and scientific writing skills.
• Experience in pediatric rare disease, genetics, or launch-stage Medical Affairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Medical Affairs reviewer for scientific materials ensuring accuracy.
• Manage Medical Affairs materials through MLR review process including submissions.
• Collaborate with Medical Information, Medical Directors, and external faculty.
• Lead advisory boards logistics and deliverables with internal teams.
• Support development of company-sponsored scientific symposia with internal/external stakeholders.
• Explore analyses of clinical trial and real-world data.
• Manage relationships with Medical Affairs agencies and vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
