Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care delivery system, including clinical practice
• Active and current US medical license without encumbrances
• MD or DO with board certification and post‑graduate direct patient care experience
• Preferred: 5+ years of direct patient care experience
• Preferred: Experience with electronic medical systems or records and managed care

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical and medical programs
• Support Medical Management staff with timely responses to members and providers
• Manage prior authorization, pre-certification, concurrent reviews, and peer‑to‑peer calls
• Provide clinical expertise and business direction for medical management programs
• Act as lead liaison to network providers and facilities to support program execution
