Face Reality Skincare seeks a driven Senior Business Development Manager to fuel physician-dispensed skincare growth in the Northeast, ideally near New York City or New Jersey. You will cultivate dermatologist and plastic surgeon partnerships and expand multi-location practices nationwide.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven success in medical aesthetics, physician-dispensed skincare, dermatology, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales—within the physician channel is required.
• Clinical credibility with ability to educate and train in person or virtually; esthetician/RN or medical background preferred.
• Experience growing new verticals or launching new markets in established companies is highly valued.
• Capability to prospect, open new doors, and convert relationships into business wins.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic territory management and account development.
• Prospect, open, and grow new and existing accounts including national networks and multi-location practices.
• Build long-term relationships with dermatologists and medical aesthetic providers as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver product presentations, in-field and virtual trainings, and clinical education to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Customer Success to execute account strategies.
• Develop and manage promotions and ROI-focused incentive programs to grow revenue.
• Re-engage inactive accounts and identify solutions to overcome buying barriers.
• Represent Face Reality at regional and national events to generate leads.
• Maintain CRM records of activities, pipeline, and territory plans.
