Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience in state Medicaid or consulting.
• Experience leading Medicaid consulting engagements with senior executives.
• Strong credibility with senior Medicaid executives and agency leadership.
• Solid understanding of federal and state Medicaid law, financing, and regulations.
• Experience supporting responses to Medicaid procurements.
• Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory engagements from initial discussions through scoping, execution, and delivery.
• Develop workplans, governance structures, and deliverables aligned to client needs.
• Provide senior oversight to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Recruit and oversee consulting team members for engagements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen go-to-market strategies and Medicaid offerings.
• Support business development, including proposals and executive presentations.
