Job summary

RICEFW Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term, 100% onsite contract in Montgomery, AL. The role focuses on contract monitoring, requirements oversight, and coordinating with CMS-related processes across multiple vendors.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years as a Senior BA, MMIS domain knowledge, and strong stakeholder management. Expect collaboration with state/state-wide teams and extensive documentation and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with 3 years working on requirement development and management.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of MMIS experience or domain knowledge in Medicare, Medicaid, or with a major healthcare payer.
• 2 years of experience with contract monitoring or Request for Proposal (RFP) development.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction from State or other team members.
• Experience working with virtual and in house team members.
• Expert/Advanced experience using SharePoint, Office 365, Webex/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand contract monitoring for development, configuration, and operational activities.
• Review and follow processes and procedures to support a program with multiple vendors.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and in-person or virtual teams.
• Review program artifacts developed by multiple vendors and comment or approve.
• Interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Create documents or presentations, schedule meetings, take minutes, disburse reports, track artifacts and action items.
• Provide business and requirements oversight and understand all phases of PMP and SDLC.
• Support CMS reporting and certification process
• Maintain project assets, communications, and track items to completion.
• Identify and report abnormalities or variances and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Manage complexity across functions to achieve large-scale goals.
• Demonstrate strong research capabilities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
