Job summary

Info-Matrix Corporation seeks a Senior Business Analyst to modernize MMIS capabilities. The candidate will craft BRDs, lead JAD sessions, and drive requirements across stakeholders, including end-users, developers, and QA teams.

Priority is given to locals in the Harrisburg area. Onsite presence 1x/week is required; role focuses on client environments and SDLC/BABOK aligned processes with AI-assisted documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong MMIS experience in a CLIENT environment (state agency perspective).
• Proven ability to write clear BRDs and specifications.
• Experience leading JAD sessions with end-users and developers.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and BABOK frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Management & Analysis: gather, document, and track changes to MMIS modernization requirements.
• Documentation & Delivery: produce BRDs with backgrounds, flows, requirements, and impacts; ensure SDLC alignment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients; work independently.
• Tools & Technology: familiarity with Azure DevOps, MS Project, and MS Office; leverage AI prompts for BRD and test scenario creation.
