Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration Inc. (SME) is seeking a Media Sales Manager to drive revenue across Mining Engineering Magazine, Mining Engineering Online, and related media. You will create strategic plans, foster advertiser relationships, and guide sales teams to meet annual targets.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales, leveraging CRM tools and analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize advertiser value. Hybrid work arrangement in Englewood, CO is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive advertising sales or media sales experience.
• At least three years of sales leadership managing personnel.

Responsabilités

• Drive advertising revenue growth across SME's print and digital media portfolio.
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies and revenue plans.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate contract advertising sales representatives.
• Collaborate across departments to create integrated advertising programs.
