• Serve as a primary media relations representative and spokesperson, providing responsive and professional service to journalists and internal partners.
• Lead day-to-day management of media inquiries from intake through resolution, coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
• Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, pitches, responses, statements and Q&A materials aligned with core messages and AP style.
• Cultivate relationships with local, statewide and national media; tailor pitches to reporters and beats.
• Prepare media briefings and interview coaching for leaders and subject matter experts.
• Coordinate media activities with enterprise partners and regional teams to ensure integrated communications.
