Qualifications

• 18 months to 2+ years of media planning, buying, or related industry experience.
• Experience with media planning tools such as Prisma or MediaOcean is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience with MS Excel (advanced functions preferred).
• Familiar with planning campaigns across Digital Endemic/Lifestyle, Print, DTC, HCP, or Payer/Managed Market.
• Familiar with media trafficking and billing within an agency or media environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in media planning preparation, including consideration set development and RFP issuance/management.
• Support day-to-day trafficking activities and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
• Track adherence to brand safety, verification, and campaign-quality standards.
• Coordinate creative specs with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to media placement taxonomy configuration.
• Assist in partner-level forecasting and investment tracking.
• Develop relationships with media partners and vendors; raise questions and escalate challenges when needed.
• Provide guidance to Associates and maintain open communication with Supervisors.
