Publicis Groupe’s Team One unit is seeking an Associate Media Director to lead media strategy for Lexus Dealer Association markets. The role blends digital, broadcast, print, and OOH to shape forward-looking plans. Travel will be required to support client and agency meetings.

The AMD will manage staff, build relationships with field partners, and ensure high-quality, innovative media solutions in a hybrid New York-based environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6.5+ years agency/media experience; 1.5–2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead market and area media plans and projects to improve insight and creativity.
• Manage LDA financials including flowcharts, billing discrepancies, and vendor negotiations.
• Supervise planning team for sound, strategic media recommendations.
• Collaborate with bullpen to approve work for assigned markets and ensure timely, high-quality output.
• Develop POVs on media opportunities and mentor junior staff.
• Travel as needed to support client and agency meetings.
