Job summary

Team One is seeking an Associate Media Director - Digital to lead digital media plans for the Lexus Dealer Association. You will bridge high-level strategy with execution, mentoring supervisors and planners while maintaining strong relationships with media partners.

You will present to clients and internal stakeholders, guide ad-tech strategy, and ensure financial health of markets. Travel for client meetings and regional presentations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6.5+ years of agency or media-related experience with 1.5–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and industry tools listed.
• Experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Confident leadership and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development, execution, and QC of digital media plans across multiple markets.
• Supervise and mentor digital supervisors and planners.
• Act as senior digital point of escalation for internal teams and external media partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, pacing, and reconciliation for digital accounts.
• Evaluate emerging media and ad-tech, develop POVs for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with Integrated AMDs to weave digital into holistic plans.
• Lead client and internal presentations communicating performance data clearly.
• Drive process improvements for campaign execution, ad-ops, and reporting.
• Manage digital vendor relationships and participate in negotiations.
• Ensure ongoing financial accountability and maintenance of plans.
• Inspire CORE behavior within the digital team and support travel as needed.
