Job summary

Team One in New York is seeking an Associate Media Director to lead the media strategy for Lexus Dealer Association markets, guiding the work and the team across digital, broadcast, print and OOH. You will build strong client and field-partner relationships, supervise planners, and deliver high‑quality, innovative media plans while traveling for meetings.

The role requires 6.5+ years in media, leadership experience, and proficiency with MediaOcean, Prisma, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6.5+ years in agency or media roles with supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to present to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and area media plans and projects, improving insight and efficiency.
• Manage LDA financials, flowcharts, billing, and vendor negotiations.
• Supervise planning team and approve media recommendations.
• Develop POVs on media opportunities and guide junior team members.
• Travel to support client and agency meetings as needed.
