Job summary

Team One, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an Associate Media Director - Digital to bridge strategy and execution for the Lexus Dealer Association. You will guide data-driven digital media plans, lead senior-level client discussions, and mentor a growing team across multiple markets.

You will partner with senior leadership, drive innovation, manage budgets, and present POVs on ad-tech trends while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
Leadership experience mentoring junior team members and directing projects.
Clear communication and confident interaction with field staff and clients.
Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development, execution, and quality control of digital media plans across multiple LDA markets.
Supervise and mentor a team of digital supervisors and planners.
Act as a senior digital escalation point for internal teams and external media partners.
Oversee financial health of digital accounts, including budgeting, pacing, and reconciliation.
Champion digital innovation by evaluating emerging media and ad-tech partners.
Partner with Integrated AMDs to weave digital strategies into holistic plans.
Lead high-level client and internal presentations; translate data into strategic narratives.
Drive process improvements for digital campaign execution, ad-ops, and reporting.
Collaborate with the Media Director on vendor relationships and negotiations.
Ensure accurate financial accountability and ongoing maintenance of digital plans.
Inspire CORE behavior across the digital team; travel as needed.
