Job summary

SHR Consulting Group, LLC seeks a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator (MECM), Team Lead, to manage enterprise MECM operations across Windows endpoints in a DoD context. You will lead a team of MECM administrators responsible for imaging, OS deployment, software packaging, patching, compliance, and infrastructure sustainment.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive MECM expertise, and collaboration with cyber/compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of hands-on MECM/SCCM administration at enterprise scale.
• DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140 IAT Level II baseline certifications such as Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or equivalent.
• Active Top Secret clearance or higher; 100% onsite in the National Capital Region.

Responsibilities

• Lead MECM team, including work assignment, mentoring, and escalation support.
• Coordinate with DISA J-6/J-9 and cyber teams to resolve endpoint-management issues.
• Maintain SOPs, deployment standards, testing requirements, and change-control for MECM services.
• Oversee imaging, OS deployment, and software deployment across enterprise endpoints.
• Provide weekly status updates and remediation metrics to leadership.
