Job summary

SHR Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator (MECM), Team Lead, to support DISA J-6/J-9 and lead enterprise MECM operations for endpoint imaging, OS deployment, packaging, and patch management.

This role requires strong technical leadership and MECM expertise, coordinating with Cyber Compliance, DCO, and government stakeholders to meet STIG, IAVM, CTOs, and FRAGOs within suspense dates.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of MECM/SCCM hands-on admin experience at enterprise scale.
• Experience leading or mentoring systems teams and delivering patch/remediation.
• Proven ability to coordinate with cyber/compliance and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead MECM team, assign work, ensure quality, and provide escalation support.
• Coordinate with DISA J-6/J-9 and other teams to resolve endpoint-management issues.
• Oversee imaging, OS deployment, application packaging, and software updates.
• Maintain MECM infrastructure health and drive remediation initiatives.
