SHR Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator (MECM Team Lead) to manage enterprise MECM operations for DISA J-6/J-9. You will lead a team of MECM administrators responsible for imaging, OS deployment, software packaging, and remediation across Windows endpoints on multiple networks.

The role requires hands-on MECM expertise, strong technical leadership, and coordination with Cyber Compliance and government stakeholders to meet STIG, IAVM, CTOs, and CTO suspense dates.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years hands-on MECM/SCCM at enterprise scale.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Experience implementing remediation under DoD cyber tasking timelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead MECM team operations, provide technical oversight, mentorship, and escalation support.
• Coordinate with DISA J-6/J-9, Cyber Compliance, DCO, and other teams to resolve endpoint-management issues.
• Oversee imaging, OS deployment, and software packaging for enterprise Windows endpoints.
• Develop automation, reporting, and compliance metrics for MECM environments.
• Monitor and improve MECM infrastructure health and security posture.
