Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to service and repair CNC and manual machine tools at our Santa Clara technical center and customer facilities across the territory.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related systems, plus reading schematics and performing electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required for on‑site support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical‑school training in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience repairing and maintaining CNC and manual machine tools or similar equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC mills, lathes, grinders, machining centers, or related metalworking machinery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and basic electrical problems affecting CNC and manual machine tools.
• Perform corrective repairs on CNC mills, lathes, grinders, machining centers, and related equipment.
• Inspect and replace bearings, belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, couplings, pumps, valves, cylinders, and spindle assemblies.
