Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Permanent Maintenance Technician in Bellflower, CA to join a manufacturing team. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, and train junior staff on equipment operation and safety.

A strong background in manufacturing maintenance and the ability to read manuals are required. The role demands hands-on work, long shifts including possible overnights, and a focus on reliable equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and work orders.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot machinery.
• Electrical, plumbing, or related field skills.
• Strong problem-solving to diagnose faults.
• Good physical condition; able to work long shifts/overnight.
• Trade school diploma or apprenticeship completed.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Basic math understanding.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and building systems running smoothly.
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine corrective actions.
• Repair machinery using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Maintain or repair specialized equipment in cafeterias, laundries, hospitals, stores, offices, or factories.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, plumbing, or equipment components.
• Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff.
