Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician in manufacturing.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electronic testing devices.
• Experience with assembling, installing, and repairing wiring, electrical components, pipe systems, or machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
• Experience with troubleshooting optical components and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong safety record and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and consult manuals for fixes.
• Repair or replace defective parts with hand and power tools.
• Use electrical testing devices to diagnose issues.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring and components.
• Inspect drives, motors and belts; check fluids and replace filters.
• Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams and schematics.
