Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance team, design solutions for challenging problems, and mentor staff.

The role requires hands-on expertise with conveyors, control systems, and CMMS, with up to 20% travel and shifts up to 12 hours. You will also develop training plans and manage daily work orders.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
3+ years of reading blueprints/schematics.
2+ years of work order management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor service technicians on installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
Develop training plans for service technicians and emergency repair procedures.
