Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support Operations Maintenance by designing solutions and managing projects, while mentoring team members.

The role emphasizes safe operation, conveyor system upkeep, and developing training plans for technicians, with travel up to 20% and shifts up to 12 hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience conducting preventive maintenance.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with work order management and CMMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic and control components.
• Create and close out work orders with data on labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
• Develop training plans for service technicians.
• Travel up to 20% to support sites as needed.
