Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Sr Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution systems at our Eau Claire, WI facility. You will design solutions for complex problems, mentor technicians, and manage multiple projects while ensuring safe operations.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical skills, reading blueprints, and hands-on experience with conveyors and CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management.
• Willingness to work on-site in Eau Claire, WI with travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Support Operations Maintenance by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects.
• Train and mentor service and contract technicians.
• Create and close work orders with data on labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
