Amazon.com Services LLC in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead a team of service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for complex problems and manage projects while mentoring contract technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends/nights/holidays.
• 4+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or related systems.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 4+ years electrical and electronic principles experience.
• 4+ years safety standards experience.
• 4+ years troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee MHE and facility equipment including Fire Life Safety systems.
• Lead a team of service technicians; develop training plans; oversee vendors for planned/emergency repairs.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, solenoids, and related equipment.
• Create and close out work orders with labor hours, maintenance data, and parts used; develop job plans for emergencies.
• Move up to 49 lbs; stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours; climb ladders; perform bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
