Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician in Mount Juliet, TN to support the Operations Maintenance team. You will repair and maintain automated packaging and distribution equipment, work on pneumatic systems, and mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.

You will follow safety procedures, perform preventative maintenance with documentation, and troubleshoot MHE including belts, motors, and sensors. Strong reading of blueprints and electrical schematics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years with automated conveyor systems or completion of Apprenticeship Program.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• 2+ years of reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 2+ years of safety standards experience.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting material handling equipment (MHE).

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Install and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Promote safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
