Job summary

JLL seeks a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor other technicians, contributing to safe and efficient operations.

You will also create and close work orders, train staff, and support the facilities team with preventative maintenance and robotics upkeep. Travel up to 20% is expected, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Train and mentor service and contract technicians.
• Promote safety and maintain conveyors; troubleshoot and maintain systems.
• Create and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
• Travel up to 20%.
