Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions, manage projects, and mentor junior technicians in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requires 4+ years' experience with conveyor systems and CMMS, blueprints, and PLCs. Must be able to work flexible shifts and travel between departments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment (MHE).
• 4+ years experience with preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of PLC programming experience.
• Experience in team leadership supporting and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Follow safety procedures to promote a safe environment.
• Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors; handle controls and sensors.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, close work orders with labor hours and parts.
• Support: Lead and audit preventative maintenance; mentor junior technicians.
• Communication: Maintain positive relationships across the facility.
