Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for complex problems and manage projects within the Operations Maintenance Team.

You will train and mentor junior technicians and contract technicians, promote safety, and ensure preventive maintenance and reliable conveyor systems across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment and automated conveyors/controls.
• 4+ years of experience with preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years using a CMMS.
• 2+ years with PLC programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging/distribution equipment.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Train and mentor junior and contract technicians.
• Promote a safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related control components.
