Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical/design experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in PCB design and any ECAD (Altium, KiCAD, etc).
• Hands-on prototyping (soldering, board assembly).
• Familiarity with controls/actuation, robotics, and motor/servo drive systems.
• Ability to read schematics and layouts with strong first principles approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute rapid evaluation of engineering concepts across fields.
• Design, implementation, and test of complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Lead design reviews and oversee hardware test plans.
• Build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition to production.
• Travel to test sites and support customer demonstrations as needed.
