Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Mechatronic Systems Supervisor to lead a team of Core Systems Engineers responsible for defining, developing, and validating logical requirements for mechatronic vehicle features. You will own the feature lifecycle from use-case elicitation through handoff to Mechatronics, including DFMEA cross-validation and sign-off decisions.

• Oversee requirements handoff and DFMEA cross-validation with Mechatronics.
