Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience; Graduate Degree with 4+ years; or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, especially Creo; knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Experience with additive manufacturing, design for manufacture and assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of mechanical tasking with limited supervision.
• Provide regular briefings to internal/external stakeholders including customers.
• Create Technical Data Package components (drawings, assemblies).
• Prototype, integrate, and test component parts and assemblies.
• Develop test plans for mechanical subsystems and conduct evaluations.
• Participate in design reviews (PDRs/CDRs) and product change meetings.
• Direct Designers/Technicians as part of a design team.
• Support field testing as ME representative.
