Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Mechanical-focused Turnaround Planner in Memphis, TN. You will support site turnarounds with comprehensive planning, documentation, and coordination across foremen, supervisors, and QA/QC teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control, and estimating within industrial settings, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Per-diem options may apply for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Strong knowledge of project controls deliverables and coordination with engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Overhaul: Prepare job plans, attach drawings, photos, test and cleaning procedures to plan, validate plans.
• During Execution: Collect status updates, participate in SCR meetings, ensure handoff to QA/QC and Operations.
• Ensure all job packs are properly closed out and hand off to scheduler for scheduling.
