Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering with years of ground testing experience.
• Strong instrumentation and electronics background.
• Proficiency in data acquisition and signal analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and run experiments like modal analysis and propulsion tests.
• Select and troubleshoot sensors and data acquisition systems.
• Design test rigs for load, aerodynamics, and performance evaluation.
• Post‑process large data sets using MATLAB/Python and summarize findings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
